Message 6. You spun a bearing on the dyno
:If this is the case, how would that not be an issue you would be looking to warrant the motor. *Even installed a new oil pump.*

I have said more then once now if you want to try to get it done under our one year warranty against defects then bring it to me for inspection. That is our policy. I have also told you that you can be present during the inspection. I have nothing to hide and *if* it is deemed to be a machine shop error they will fix it for free. Can't be any clearer then that.

7. It is under warranty if it is a machine shop error and we inspect it(with you present) and find that to be the case.
:Let's think about this. It will cost me $2,000 just to R&R this motor. Then, I should burn some vacation and additional $$'s to take the motor to you. This mistake is COSTING ME THOUSANDS!!!

The motor has the be removed anyway. If it was installed by us we would have removed it and broken it down the very next day to determine the problem. I have done this in the past. My customers with any type of problems come FIRST. You made the decision to have it installed and tuned elsewhere. It is not up to me what you get charged to R&R the motor and or shipping of the motor to me. That is up to the shop that did the work. It was your decision.

:8. You are going to have someone else look at it and post the results
:What wrong with an independent assessment?

Nothing. It voids our warranty but you are entitled to do what ever you want.

9. You will probably take us to court
:You will know where I stand on this once we determine the problem with the motor.

Cool...let me know
